Hebei North University (HEBNU) is a government-administered, multi-faculty university that offers bachelor’s and master’s degrees. The university was established in September 2003 by merging three provincial universities, namely Zhangjiakou Medical College, Zhangjiakou Teachers College, and Zhangjiakou Agricultural College, with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
