Jining Medical University was founded in 1952 and is located in Jining, Shandong Province. The Jining is located near the Capital City, of Beijing. The school is a provincial general undergraduate medical college with medical education as its main body and coordinated development of multiple disciplines such as Medicine, Science, Engineering, Management, and liberal arts.
International Accreditation:
Jining Medical University is recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO), PMDC, ECFMG, WFME, and WCAME. Graduated Students from Jining Medical University can apply for USMLE, UKMLA/PLAB, GMC, AMC, and almost all the medical licensing certifications abroad. Students from Pakistan are eligible to appear in PMDC’s Licencing Examination NRE to practice Medicine in Pakistan.

The Jining Medical School currently has three Campuses, the Jining Taibai Lake Campus, the Rencheng Campus, and the Rizhao Campus covering a total area of 1.06 million square meters and a building area of 470,000 square meters. During their first two years as international students, they will study basic medical courses on the Rizhao campus. After that, they will move their clinical studies to the main campus of Jining.

The Jining Medical School has 2 directly affiliated hospitals, 16 non-affiliated affiliated hospitals, more than 160 practice teaching bases, and 23 community medical practice teaching bases. Facilities:
Jining Medical University has almost all the facilities for international students. The School has an inside campus dormitory for international students which is very safe and secure. The university has Study areas, playgrounds, a Muslim cafeteria, ATM Machines, a Hospital, and a Supermarket. CCTV cameras are installed all over the campus. Students are not allowed to live outside the campus.
Scholarships:
Jining Medical University offers different types of Scholarships for international students Studying Bachelor in Clinical Medicine (MBBS) based on their academic performance checked at the end of every year. Students who are eligible to apply for provincial government scholarships may apply with the help of the university and receive a scholarship award that ranges from 5,000 RMB to 15,000 RMB.
Clinical Medicine (MBBS) and Fee Schedule:
The Clinical Medicine MBBS Program offered by Jining Medical University consists of Six years, In First-year Chinese language (Mandarin), and after Passing HSK-3, five years of Medicine and Surgery will be taught in English. The last year (6th) will be a Clinical internship.
The Cost of Medicine study at Jining Medical University is 23,600 RMB/year ($3300) including Tuition and dormitory fees. The Hostel rooms are double shared. MBBS Fee for Pakistani Students is approximately 9.5 Lakh PKR per year for the two Semesters.
Admission Requirments:
International students applying for the Clinical Medicine (MBBS) Program must have a minimum of 60% marks in Senior High School (Grade 12)/WAEC/A-Levels. The age limit to apply is 18-25. IELTS and TOEFL are not required for the admission. Students can Apply Online to start their admission process to get admission in Jining Medical University. There is no entrance test to apply.
Financial Statement:
Students must have sufficient amount in their guardian’s bank accounts to show the financial statement to the Chinese embassy to apply for a Student visa (X1). This Policy can vary in different countries, we suggest contacting the Chinese embassy and ask the financial statement requirements before applying for the visa. For the students from Pakistan, the Minimum amount to show in the Bank Statement is 45 Lakh PKR closing available balance.
