Established in 1937, Fujian Medical University (FJMU) is located in Fuzhou. It is one of the first public undergraduate medical schools in China. The Medicine Program (MBBS) at Fujian Medical University is a six-year English-medium program that comprises five years of medical study and a sixth year of clinical internship. The annual cost of the Medicine Program (MBBS) is 39,000 RMB ($5500), which covers tuition and accommodation. Additional expenses include a Visa extension fee of 800 RMB per year and Health Insurance costing 800 RMB per year, both of which will be borne by the students.
The MBBS Fee at Fujian Medical University for Pakistani Students is approximately 15 Lakh PKR per year. There are 60 seats in the Medicine Program (English taught), and foreign students from all over the world are eligible to apply for the MBBS program.

IELTS or TOEFL Requirements:
Those Students applying for the Medicine/Dentistry program at Fujian Medical University, whose native language is English and who submit official proof of full English teaching in Senior High School/Grade 12, are exempt from submitting IELTS or TOEFL score certificates.
For those whose native language is not English, English language proficiency must be supported by IELTS (IELTS score not less than 6.0, single item score not less than 5.0). TOEFL (Internet-based TOEFL score is not less than 85, single item score not less than 20, or paper-based TOEFL score is not less than 580), or other equivalent English test scores
