Completion of these requirements are not easy at all. only After completing these requirements students can apply for PRMP & after that Again House job needed in Pakistan to meet the requirements of PMC to appear in PMC Exam (NLE).

C Listed Universities by PMC:
After graduation, Student needs to get License from Degree awarding country + 1 year House Job from Degree awarding country. Completion of these requirements are not easy at all. After this student will appear in PMC’s NLE Exam, After Passing NLE Exam Student will do House Job Again to get Permanent license.
Most of the universities in C Category are not internationally recognized for international certifications e.g ECFMG, USMLE, PLAB. So, Before getting admission in C Listed universities, think thousand times. Because it will waste your time and at the end student will blames PMC.
Some agents are not clearing these facts, So before getting admission must ask from your agency through which you are enrolling. Always Choose List A Universities for MBBS/MD Program to avoid trouble & inconvenience.

Following are the Pathways announced by PMC Officially.
FOREIGN GRADUATES LICENSING PATHWAYS:
For Foreign Graduates the following Licensing Pathways shall be available;
Licensing Pathways 1:
- Graduate of a foreign college holding a qualification which is recognized by PMC under List A of Colleges.
- Holder of a qualification from a foreign college in List B of Colleges AND a Foreign License issued by a foreign regulatory body or country under List I of Countries. as recognized by PMC but have not completed a recognized House Job from a country in List I of Countries.
- Graduate of a foreign college having qualified NEB Step III prior to 24th September 2020
- Such persons as listed above shall be granted a Provisional License on verification of foreign undergraduate qualification from granting university, and if applicable foreign license from the issuing authority
- Upon completion of House Job in Pakistan, the person shall be required to qualify the NLE (for Foreign Graduates) prior to grant of Full License except persons falling under Item No.3 (NEB qualified prior to 24th September 2020).
Licensing Pathways 2
- Holder of a qualification from a foreign college in List A of Colleges. AND a Foreign License issued by a foreign regulatory body or country in List I of Countries AND having completed their House Job in a foreign institution recognized by the regulatory authority of the relevant country.
Such persons as mentioned above shall be exempted from doing House Job in Pakistan and may obtain Full License upon qualifying the NLE (for Foreign Graduates).
Licensing Pathways 3
- Persons holding a foreign license issued by a foreign regulatory body or country in List I or List II of Countries AND in addition holds a foreign Post Graduate or Alternative to Post Graduate qualification recognized by the PMC.
Such persons as mentioned above shall be granted a Full License on verification of their Foreign License from the issuing authority and verification of Post Graduate or Alternative qualification from the granting authority.
Licensing Pathways 4
- Graduate of a foreign college holding a qualification which is recognized by PMC under List B of Colleges.
- Holder of a Foreign License issued by a foreign regulatory body or country in List II of Countries.
- Such persons shall be granted a Provisional License upon having;
- obtained a Foreign License in a country in List II of Countries; and
- completed a house job in the foreign country.
- Upon completion of House Job in Pakistan, the person shall be required to qualify the NLE (for Foreign Graduates) prior to grant of Full License.
- Such persons shall be granted a Provisional License upon having;
Licensing Pathways 5
- Graduate of a foreign college or holding a foreign qualification which is not recognized by PMC or is still under process of recognition and is listed in List C of Colleges.
- Such persons shall be granted a Provisional License after having;
- obtained a Foreign License in a country in List I or II of Countries; and
- completed a house job in the foreign country; and
- having qualified the NLE (for Foreign Graduates) after completion of steps (i) and (ii) and prior to grant of Provisional License.
- On completion of the House Job in Pakistan the person shall be granted a Full License.
