Admission & Visa Letter Process is almost same for all the Chinese universities for international students. Usually Chinese Universities are accepting international students for MBBS/BDS degree program 2 times in one year.

  • Fall intake (September-October)
  • Spring intake (February-March)

MBBS/BDS/Engineering students arrival time in China is October or November & classes starts soon after the deadline of registration.

All these documents must be in Scanned properly by the scanner machine, not by the mobile scanner. In case of fake educational documents student can be sent back to hometown and his/her admission will be cancel.

First Step – Registration: Admission letter process: (Application Fee = 1500 RMB)

We will provide official receipt of registration clomid for sale online fee to the student. Chinese Universities issues the admission letter in normally 3-7 working days. Student will submit the following documents to us for admission letter. Official representative is authorized to offer admission on the spot by the university as well.

  1. Fresh photo with white back ground
  2. Passport First page Scan
  3. SSC/O Levels Document
  4. HSSC/Intermediate or A Levels Document
  5. CNIC or Form B

2nd Step – Visa Letter (JW202) Process:

Visa letter (Jw202) issues by MOE China (Ministry of Education China) which can takes 30-40 days normally (or depends). Student will submit the following documents for Visa letter (JW202).
Note: Almost all Chinese universities are charging Security deposit or Surety payment before applying the visa letter Jw202) in MOE China. The security deposit will be charge according to university policy (from 3000 RMB to 5000 RMB). This Security deposit is non refundable but it is adjustable in fee package decided on the time of admission.

  1. Passport First page Scan
  2. Fresh photos (04) with white back ground (33mm x 48mm)
  3. SSC/O Levels Document
  4. HSSC/Intermediate or A Levels Document
  5. CNIC (National Identity card)
  6. Police Clearance Report
  7. Medical Check up Report by Chinese Clinical Lab.
  8. Bank Statement of Student/Guardian ( 6000 U$D to 8000 U$D or above ).

3rd Step – After Visa Letter (Jw202):

After issuance of Visa Letter, University will dispatch the Original admission letter and original visa letter to us. EaziLine International will help the students to complete the documents as required by Chinese embassy. We will help the student to fill the Visa application form & appointment to appear in Chinese embassy. Our representative will go to Chinese embassy with the student on the day of interview.
Note: Student will pay the Service fee to Visa application Center (Drop Box) by themselves. (if asked)

 4th Step- Departure & Arrivals:

After issuance of X1 or X2 Visa from Chinese embassy, student can buy the one way air ticket from hometown to China (the city where university located), we will help out student to buy the ticket (if asked by the student). As the student will arrive at airport, our representative from China office will receive the student on airport. We serve first meal on arrival free of cost to all of our students.
Note: Student must keep the education documents, original admission letter & Visa Letter Jw202 in hand carry, So that on airport if asked, student can present at immigration (if asked).

5th Step – Pay University Fee in RMB:

Student will pay the Fee on arrival in RMB as committed on the time of admission. if the student have USD or any other currency, we will help the student to exchange the currency so that student can pay the university fee. Nothing will be charged extra. Fee once paid will not refundable. In case of refund, Student will follow the fee refund policy according to the rules and regulations of university.

Policy for Hostel/Dormitory living:

Almost all the universities of China have hostel buildings inside the campus, there are different types and categories of hostel buildings like 2 sharing, 3 sharing & 4 sharing rooms. if any student wants to change the room, Student can visit to logistic affairs office with the written application, but University have final authority for any decision.

Policy of Mess/Food:

All Chinese universities have Muslim Canteens for Muslim & Indian students. Students can buy the food easily by paying themselves. One time meal cost is about 12 RMB to 15 RMB. So average food cost per month is about 800 RMB – 1000 RMB. Some Universities have Public Kitchen for international students where students can cook by themselves.
